1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used or installed products
- Minor scratches or damages caused after delivery
- Orders placed by mistake or change of mind
- Custom-made or modified products
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order details, clear photos, and a description of the issue
- Our team will verify and approve the request
Once approved, we will guide you with the return process.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
- If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
5. Replacement Policy
- In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
- Replacement will be shipped after verification at no additional cost
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
8. Important Notes
- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof in case of damage or missing items
- Without proper proof, return/refund requests may not be accepted
