Return & Refund Policy

At BikerUpgrade, we aim to provide high-quality products. If you face any issues, our return and refund policy is as follows

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proper unboxing video may be required as proof

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Used or installed products
  • Minor scratches or issues not affecting functionality
  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Requests raised after the return window

3. Return Process

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp with order details
  • Share images/video of the issue
  • Our team will verify and approve the request
  • Return instructions will be provided after approval

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund is processed only after product inspection
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be provided for eligible cases
  • Subject to product availability
  • If replacement is not available, refund will be issued

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be borne by customer unless product is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
