1. Eligibility for Returns
- Product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proper unboxing video may be required as proof
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Used or installed products
- Minor scratches or issues not affecting functionality
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Requests raised after the return window
3. Return Process
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with order details
- Share images/video of the issue
- Our team will verify and approve the request
- Return instructions will be provided after approval
4. Refund Policy
- Refund is processed only after product inspection
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be provided for eligible cases
- Subject to product availability
- If replacement is not available, refund will be issued
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be borne by customer unless product is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
7. Order Cancellation
