1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- During high order volume or festive seasons, processing time may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India.
- If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you regarding alternative options or refund.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.
- Free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned on the website.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized products or remote locations.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:
- SMS
Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available on selected products and locations.
- BikerUpgrade reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes or high-value orders.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us.
- In case a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier partner and provide a replacement or suitable resolution after verification.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct while placing the order.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Wrong phone number
- Customer unavailable
then:
- Re-shipping charges may apply.
- Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may require additional payment for re-dispatch.
9. Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged package:
- Record an unboxing video immediately.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share photos/videos for verification.
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
