At BikerUpgrade, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Used or installed products
  • Minor scratches or damages caused after delivery
  • Orders placed by mistake or change of mind
  • Custom-made or modified products

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share your order details, clear photos, and a description of the issue
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request

Once approved, we will guide you with the return process.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
  • Replacement will be shipped after verification at no additional cost

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

8. Important Notes

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof in case of damage or missing items
  • Without proper proof, return/refund requests may not be accepted
